I tried the CD 2 & liked that too. GREAT for first time walkers or older folks. For some unknown reason I thought I was purchasing a BOOK similar to those created by these two doctors only about WALKING. Now I use it for my first 30 minutes (goes by real fast) then on to bigger & better speeds. It came & was a CD (two of them actually), so wasn't sure I'd want it. I tried the easy walk on CD 1 & liked it a LOT.

I took it to the used book store after the first week. I didn't like it even enough to pass it on the a friend who might try it and like it better than I did. I felt the music was unpleasant. The tips were too few, too far between, and too simple.
